P Zone has been designated a High Rise residential zone under the Master Plan 2021 of Delhi. The execution of this much needed plan is being expedited through a combined effort of the Central and State Government to provide relief to the ever growing needs of India’s capital city. Hence, for the first time, the plan has been launched on a Public Private Partnership mode.
The housing strategy for Zone P incorporates approaches for development of new housing area, upgradation and re-densification through re-development of existing housing area including unauthorized colonies. In view of limited availability of land and increased demand for housing, plotted residential development is being discouraged. P Zone has been planned in line with these objectives and hence plotted development is out and high rises are the way to go. According to projections in the Masterplan, nearly 24 Lakh residential units are required for an estimated 23 million people by 2021. The DDA has earmarked land at Zone P-I and P-II for raising residential projects to cater for this surplus demand for residential units.
The Master Plan 2021 envisages the creation of five new sub cities, to unlock 60,000 hectares for development and redevelopment to cater to Delhi’s massive shortfall in housing. DDA will only be approving High Rise development to accommodate the rapid growing population in the capital and to avoid a further increase in unauthorised colonies and slums. P zone is designated as a High Rise residential zone to address these initiatives.

Since this is a new project with open land, the construction is likely to progress at swift pace. Upon the commencement of construction we have estimated time frame for completion of project within 36-48 months subjected to the permissions and approvals mandate by law under the DDA Land Pooling Policy.
It is important to remember that this is a Welfare Society so all the rights of the society are with the members. The Management Committee are a representative body for the members and will only be acting in the best interest of its members.
